The Kore 700 commercial gas charcoal barbecues (chargrills) are perfect for grilling any type of food to perfection. With a high temperature reach of over 400ºC, the grill seals the surface of the produce quickly, ensuring that the interior remains juicy and succulent.

This grill is made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to rust. The heating of the volcanic rocks is achieved through stainless-steel tubular burners, which ignite quickly and easily with the electronic spark igniter. To prevent splashes, the grill has a stainless-steel rear plate, ensuring that the cooking area remains clean and tidy.

For easy cleaning, the grill is equipped with a removable grease collection drawer, which allows for the quick and easy disposal of any excess grease. The controls are conveniently located with a protective support base and a system that prevents water infiltration, making the Kore 700 a reliable and long-lasting appliance.

Versatile

The grills of the KORE 700 range are available in a wide variety of models: both half module and whole module and with iron or stainless steel grills. Moreover, they include a scraper to perfectly clean the grill as standard.

Clean

The gas model grills are made of ceramic stone which creates a shield against drops of fat on the burners, preventing flames from occurring, and ensuring optimum temperature distribution. They are also much quicker and easier to clean than volcanic rock.

Powerful

They can reach up to 8.1 kW, higher than other products on the market.

• Stamped surface tops manufactured in 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel
• Laser-cut joints and automatic welding. Hidden screws.
• Fitted with an opening to collect cooking grease and a tray to store it.
• Machines are fitted with removable 130 mm high guards to prevent splashes, made of stainless steel.
• High temperature enamelled cast iron flue protector.
• Access to the components from the front.
• Machines with IPX5 grade water protection.
• Mild steel grills, dismountable without the need for tools, in 170 mm wide sections.
• The mild steel grills are reversible, with different finishes on each side:
  · Tilted and grooved with ridges for meat
  · Horizontal and flat for fish and vegetables
• These grills reach a very high temperature (400 ºC), meaning that the surface of the product is quickly sealed and inside it remains much juicier.
• Groups of high-efficiency tube burners, (a group of two burners for half-sized module models, two groups for whole module models).
• Independent control for each group of burners via a safety valve with a thermocouple.
• Burners turned on using Piezo electric ignition.
• The burners heat ceramic stones that sit on a supporting rack, so that they can then heat food on the grill.
