It includes standard flame failure and quick recovery, an automatic safety valve stabilizing function, manual ignition, and is fitted with a ¾ inch gas inlet. The American Robert Shaw thermostat, valves, and controls are hard-wearing and reliable offering ease of use for temperature control ranging from 0°C to 212°C. An oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank minimizes food residue, and it is also equipped with a front screw-on drain pipe for the oil. Includes 2 x nickel-plated frying baskets.
